Artwork Description:

This work was inspired one night in summer, as this dog and man sat together on a bench in a quite darkened spot on the footpath in the red light district of a large city. They seemed relaxed, trying to blend into the darkness, and content to watch the passing throng. But they stood out nonetheless. The dark tones and blues, with the contrasting flesh and clothing reflect their situation. And the curious thought this scene produced was: Who is master? Dog or man? The original is a photographic print, then hand painted, and now reproduced in a worldwide strictly limited edition of 30 numbered, and signed prints, each with a Certificate of Authenticity. It is reproduced on 308 gsm, 100% cotton Photo Rag, a very highly regarded medium, used for very high quality art prints. It a very versatile medium, and it provides reproductions with impressive depth. Frames are always a matter of personal taste. Any frame shown here is merely a suggestion. All reproductions are supplied unframed; and the price does not include any frame. Please Note: Any customs duty, import taxes, or other local taxes in the buyers country of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
