Artist Statement -



Alessandro Butera, (Palermo June 16, 1971) began working in 1993 in the world of contemporary painting of author, working as a merchant at the gallery Li. Art LTD Palermo with a customer research throughout Italy. His experience led him, to acquire more and more experience and knowledge; it will cooperate in the following years with L'Artè of Bologna, with the Institute of State Printing Office and Mint. Thanks to personal friendships treated with the likes of Bruno Donzelli caliber, Roberto Masia, Davide Nunziante etc., In 2014 opens innovative AlessandroButera.it reality in the distribution of Contemporary Art. The company's philosophy and simple "Bringing Art to the public". Through the direct approach with the Collector fact Alessandro Butera manages to bridge the gap Between Artist and audience by providing the other party to read instruments and their expert analysis, thereby increasing the opportunity for exploring and understanding for users. The experience in hand painting and recently (2012). I attend professionally Alessandro Butera recently, in this short time I got to know him profondament both on a human level, both in terms of artistic preparation level and then as a painter.
I have found in him a very artistically evolved mind. A pictorial layer has a high key, he manages to get in the most 'profound intricacies of a painting, feel each feeling that the' artist wants to express, both in key figural and abstract. It has a considerable knowledge of art history; If you find yourself talking about art with him, you will be amazed by the enormous cultural and expressive baggage. As an artist technically ranges from Abstract Italian Piero Dorazio, the technique of Jackson Pollock dripping. I must say that, in expressive level, has an interpretive key of its own, the taste of a figural his work and 'recognizable. Technically uses sensitively colors. He manages to give the colors and original tone keys. so it fits well in the contemporary Italian art scene.
