My sculpture addresses a symbolic language: visually – Symbol, Material, and Fragment as metaphor to represent on human value of legend, history, culture, and myth. It is an interaction sculpture space in which the viewers are invited to actively engage as a means of completing the artwork. My work mainly is the installation and concept work inheriting value of traditional sculptures.

Currently, I pay attention on human relationships - the main subject matter that presents in work at different levels from the relationship of people to people; between human beings to nature; the bond of people to God in timeless. Men of all ages experience the same knotty relationship that comes from the endless struggle for life, freedom and the pursuit of happiness. On my experience I think that each person lives in a knot of relationships, bearing the traces of successes and failures, love and loss, generosity and vileness, pleasure and pain, happiness and misfortune, in an ever changing, yet repetitious cycle. Relationships are continually changing -- expanding and contracting as they are being formed, challenged, mended, healed, maintained, and even ended in both time and space. In general, I think of human life and relationships as being fragmented forms as well. In the short span of a single lifetime the battle to maintain and preserve human’s most important relationships leaves traces and scars on both mind and body. Whether this results in either joy or sadness, in the end we must exit our body in its fragmentary condition and move on to God. Stone, in the guise gravestones, once again functions in a mediating relationship in the mysterious relationship between those living on Earth and those in Heaven.

Often, the sculptures emerge skill and craftsmanship on direct work of wood, stone, metal and other materials according to an art working context. In addition, exploiting physical natural property of materials as aspect of metaphoric method - using the contrast as visual mode are the vehicle of transference to communicate the ideas of work. The contrast between weighty stone sculpture and fragile silk fibers, as well as the contrast between nature fragment texture and highly-smooth-polished part of stone initiate an intriguing visual conversation, which unfolds on contemplation. Stone works as the main materials, when combining with other materials it rends an effect of resonance that employed as a vehicle to raise its physical sense to make metaphoric issues. If one wants to choose a material to represent Time, I believe that one would choose stone. As a resource, stone has a special relationship to mankind because it is older than humanity itself and reflects the development of life through historical geology. Stone always attaches its gravity and the notion of overcoming the constraints of gravity has been a component of dreams and philosophical speculation for ages.

Over time, my work is a filtering process reducing from the complexity to the condensation, eliminating temporary eyesores to seek permanent ideals. That is the journey of finding, investigating, and exploring the code of value of human to honor. They are the kindness, loyal, sacrifice, transcendence, and aura of authenticity that I perceived along my life. It is my belief that a happy and peaceful life is primarily based on good relationships. I want to convey through my sculptures my heartfelt wish that all human beings have healthy relationships in their life.
There is, of course, art is always inherited; I influence from the last work of Joseph Beuys artist, and feel great admiration for the ancient stone monuments.
