Artist Statement

I cut trees from my own sustainable woodlot, saw them on my mill, or split them with an axe.
My chairs are made using split wood for strength, and flexibility. This control over my stock allows me to cut for colour and grain pattern, which allows for some wild artistic interpretation. ...
