Artist Statement -

My appreciation of the human figure can hardly be discribed in words. I have been studying the human figure for over 20 years. I love the female form and it has always been a symbol of beauty to be admired. The soft curves of the female form are a constant mystery to be explored. In my drawings and photography I tend to use only one light source to accent the subtle shapes. I let the light fall over the form like cascading rain drops. In my drawings I am washing the figure with light and color.
