Artist Statement -



The artist Julia Utiasheva lives in the small town Sharpsburg of Georgia, where she creates works of art in oil and acrylic canvas. She was born in Russia, where she lived for many years and received her first education as a mathematician in the Bashkirian State University. Also she had in Russia her musical education. She always had passion for Art since young age. Only many years later she decide to dedicate to it more seriously. Better later then never – she finished Stratford Career Institute, where she earned her Diploma in Art. “Learning will never finish”,- she says. And she continues her education completely by herself. Julia’s favorite mediums are oils and acrylic paints. Her favorite subjects to portray are landscapes, seascapes, cityscapes, animals of all kinds, floral compilations, emotional scenes, also she paints portraits of people. She lets her imagination to produce fine artistic detailing paintings with the sense of aliveness. Her works of art will add that extra-special something to your collection.

"My art is meant to show beauty of the world. I paint, because it is a pleasure for me. I want to share it with others. Somebody says once to me: “You can cheer up very sad person!” My art is meant for this purpose! I start paint very late, received first music education and education as mathematician. Bui I always wanted to paint. Better late then never. So... here I am. I love acrylic paints and oils. I continue study… I am eternal student in ART SCHOOL."
