Artwork selected for the One Columbia (Columbia, SC) Public Art Pilot Project. Proposal for the Capital Center Entrance on the 2nd Floor of the Lady Street Parking Garage. Selection was made by committee who choose several artists to submit proposals showing site and artwork to scale. Proposal included drawings, rough painting design, budget and time schedule.
