The expression of my emotions about my intercultural heritage is paramount in my art. I am a Native American but I am also a child of ancient indigenous seafaring people from Europe. It is that conflict and dichotomy that manifests in my paintings. Expressing the spirit of my cultures is my primary goal when I paint.
