Inspired by an photo by F. B. Johnson from the US Library of Congress of New Orleans French Quarter in 1890. This is one of about twelve etchings in my BIG EASY series, a group of works that examines the architecture, history and culture of old and contemporary New Orleans. Etching ink on STONEHENGE kraft colored paper. It is the second best print of four in the First of Five Editions. The etchings were hand printed by the artist at The Center for Works on Paper, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. THIS WORK OF FINE ART IS SHIPPED TO THE COLLECTOR WITHOUT A FRAME OR MAT. THE SHIPMENT MATERIALS ARE HEAVY WEIGHT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ETCHING IS FIRST WRAPPED IN ARCHIVAL GLASSINE AND THEN PLACED BETWEEN TWO ACID FREE BOARDS. THIS IS THEN PLACED IN A PROFESSIONAL CARDBOARD SHIPMENT BOX, WHICH IS PACKED WITH BUBBLE WRAP. THE SHIPMENT PRICE IS ADDED TO THE SALE PRICE.
