Please note that this etching is shipped and sold to the buyer without a frame or mat. This keeps the price reasonable and also allows the collector a wide range of choice in framing selection. For shipment, a sturdy cardboard box is employed. The etching is first wrapped in two layers of acid free glassine and then placed between two archival boards. This is next placed into the shipping box and securely packed with bubble wrap. The price includes packaging and handling. Shipment costs are NOT included in the Absolute Arts Dot Com price. This etching is based on a photo taken in Salem, Massachusetts in 1987 of the Grave Stone of Timothy Lindell, dated 1688. Executed in French, oil-based metallic ink on STONEHENGE black paper. Hand printed by Di Falco at The Center for Works on Paper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is the third best print in the FIRST editions. Two zinc plates, each measuring 8 inches high by 6 inches wide, or 20.320 cm x 15.240 cm, were placed on the printing press bed one atop the other in a vertical manner, with a slight separation space between them.
