The zinc plate for this etching measured seven inches high by five inches wide or 17.780cm by 12.700cm, which is consequently the image size. The paper was hand torn to a size of twelve inches high by ten inches wide or 30.480cm x 25.400cm. This is the best print of Five in this EDITION TWO OF FOUR. The artist hand printed this work at The Center for Works on Paper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The STUDIO TECHNIQUES EMPLOYED included Aquatint, Intaglio, and Drypoint. A blend of five French, oil based etching inks were used and printing was done on RivesBFK white paper, also French. THE IMAGE was inspired by an original, 1865 albumen print from the A. D. White Architectural Photographs Collection at Cornell University Library. THIS WORK OF FINE ART IS SHIPPED TO THE COLLECTOR WITHOUT A FRAME OR MAT. THE SHIPMENT MATERIALS ARE HEAVY WEIGHT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ETCHING IS FIRST WRAPPED IN ARCHIVAL GLASSINE AND THEN PLACED BETWEEN TWO ACID FREE BOARDS. THIS IS THEN PLACED IN A PROFESSIONAL CARDBOARD SHIPMENT BOX, WHICH IS PACKED WITH BUBBLE WRAP. THE SHIPMENT PRICE IS ADDED TO THE SALE PRICE.
