Artwork Description:

This ETCHING was inspired by a Photochrom print entitled, Roman Baths and Abbey, IV, Bath, England, taken around 1890, from the U. S. Library of Congress, Prints and Photographs Division, Washington, D. C, Collection PHOTOCHROME PRINTS, Detroit Publishing Co., Catalogue J Foreign Section. I used the printmaking techniques of INTAGLIO, AQUATINT, CHINE COLLE, and DRYPOINT in this limited edition work and, the media included oil-based, French etching inks two colors natural, STONEHENGE paper from England, color- Fawn. Please note that this etching is shipped and sold to the buyer without a frame or mat. This keeps the price reasonable and also allows the collector a wide range of choice in framing selection. For shipment, a sturdy cardboard box is employed. The etching is first wrapped in two layers of acid free glassine and then placed between two archival boards. This is next placed into the shipping box and securely packed with bubble wrap. The price does NOT shipment costs to the collector,
