Laura and I are fortunate to live a few miles from Sterling State Park located on the shores of Lake Erie in Michigan. The park has many miles of trails that we frequently run on that weaves through the marshes and lagoons. The rusty walking bridge in “Spring Passage” is one of the many perpetual scenes we enjoy on our runs. We observe eagles, osprey, egrets and swans throughout the park bringing us closer to nature.
