Artwork Description:

This intimate, one of a kind work on paper, size is 10 inches high by 11 inches wide, was hand created and printed by the artist, Jerry Di Falco, within The Open Studio in Printmaking at Fleisher Art School, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. The included frame size is about 11 inches by 14 inches wide. Media include Stonehenge brand cream colored paper, Thai mulberry bark papers treated with methylcellulose, Japanese Kozo threads, Winsor Newton Watercolors and Gouache, Hunts wood block printing ink, and pencil. It is from a series called, “Portals to Heaven”, and inspired by the artist’s drawings based on Dennis Kovach’s photographs taken in Malta. The price includes the archival mat and artwork, a gold painted ornate wood frame, all handling and wrapping costs, shipment carton, and a Certificate of Authenticity. The work is wired and ready to hang. Framing includes a brown craft paper backing. A wall hook and nail are included.
