Its famous white pastry like architecture is dominating the whole city of Paris. The Sacre Coeur is a holy place and a flagship of Catholic devotion to the Holy Virgin. It attracts many pilgrims from all over the world. The Sacre Coeur has been painted many times by famous Montmartre artists. At Place du Tertre you can meet Montmartre artists and you can meet people from all over the world.
