Jernej Tramte - Carving is an old profession and it has experienced full boom in the past, for the first time in ancient Egypt and in Europe in the Middle Ages. It can be seen in the classic, old art, but pleasant lines of manually treated wood are also included in a modern setting, where they diversify and fill the space. My products are just that and they promote positive energy in space and bring peace and love. Each tree and wood has its own vibration. Wood is beautiful however it is treated, but most important for me is to revive and reimburse life to it in another form, in harmony with my expression, which vibrates in the direction of unconditional love. When working with wood I feel and connect with it, which is imprinted in the product. I work with a variety of wood materials oak, walnut, pear, cherry, alder, linden ..., also choosing them according to the harmony with the product. Throughout his life, along with producing and creating works of art, Eisa Ahmadi has assumed many jobs related to arts in the capacity of an executive. Being the founder of the first fine arts atelier in the town of Damavand called The House of Art, he has continually been training students in this atelier and Art University of Roodehen. Charlie Tu - Several years ago, I got the patent certificate of Yin Yang woodcarving in China although I am Norwegian Chinese. I am grateful to the state for its recognition of my art talent. For me, woodcarving is not just an art form, but a sacred communion with the every soul of the tree. I believe that wood is alive and with woodcarvings, it will stay alive forever, as a testament to the beauty of life. Through the interplay of light and shadow, my Yin Yang woodcarvings are a window into the mysterious workings of the universe, where everything is connected in a grand tapestry of life. Each stroke is a dance, a delicate balance between my vision and the natural patterns of the woods grain. Painting the figures in the woodcarving is the most challenging part, requiring skill and precision to create the small but prominent points that bring each piece to life. Each detail, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in the authenticity of the final product. With a deep reverence for the fusion of Chinese and Western cultures, I believe that woodcarving is the perfect embodiment of this cultural exchange.
