Artwork Description:
Kenhso is representative of the concept of enlightenment. Like the human mind it exists in a confined area yet is infinite within. The sculpture illustrates this by being limited on the outside but within exists a Mobius forma one-sided surface that curves bask upon itself. Mathematically this is also a Hakian minimal surface and any two points on its surface form a straight line through the piece. The sculpture is carved from Carrara marble on a black granite base.
