Artwork Description:

Life-Size toothpick sculpture bust of Jesus Christ containing over 45,000 toothpicks. The hair is comprised of over 20,000 flat toothpicks and the beard is comprised of over 5,000 hand stained toothpick tips. This piece took over 3,290-hours to sculpt and construct. It is mounted on a 45-pound piece of limestone. I have never used any photographs or models for any of my toothpick sculptures, I simply begin to sculpt that which inspires me.
