Artwork Description:

The work was created by the artist at The Center for Works on Paper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Please note that this mixed media work on paper includes several materials including watercolor, gouache, graphite, pencil, reflective acrylic paint and paper. It is shipped to the collector without a frame or mat. This keeps the price low and allows the collector personal choice in mat selection and framing. A sturdy cardboard box is employed for shipping the work. The watercolor is first wrapped in two layers of acid free glassine and then placed between two archival boards. This is next placed into the shipping carton and securely packed with bubble wrap. The Absolute Arts Dot Com price includes all handling costs, shipment supplies, and the cost of the shipment box. Mailing costs are added. It is a phantasmagorical view into the mind of Lestat, the Vampire Prince in the series of literary works by Anne Rice, probably my favorite living author. The actual watercolor paper is Arches cold press 140 Pound weight and measures 18 inches high by x 12 inches wide, or 45.720cm by 30.480cm. The painted area measures 16 inches high x 10 inches wide, or 40.640cm by 25.400cm.
