Size is mentioned without mat and frame--Did this several years ago.. Would say in 2003-- Still worked at the then FAA as pres.; Just got back from Germany.. Memories in my creative mind.. inner feel and vision .. Watercolor straight from the tube.. after finished, protective finish spray.. yessss.. I like to do that with watercolors.. Discovered it today again.. and loved it again.. And the hues in Northern Germany.. at the North Sea.. are this intensive green.. and when the light urges through the clouds .. an old white fence looks like new painted.. Took pic in bright sunlight (Southern Calif., Wish it would rain some more, so I can see hues close to that in this desert area again).
