CEDAR JEWELRY BOX, MADE BY UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY.
Handmade. The material is cedarSiberian cedar, Pinus sibirica .
Weight 80 grams. When creating the casket, unique ways of working with the material are used1The case of the casket is dialed in layers. Decorative inserts with ornaments and meshes are made in two layers with a thickness of 2 mm and 3 mm.
In decorative inserts, the layers - meshes and ornament elements - are connected together using wooden dowelsstuds4 mm long and 0.8 mm thick.
When assembling each of the four decorative inserts, 32 such wooden dowels were used. In total there are 128 of them.2Hingesincluding axlesare also made of wood. Hinges are attached to the casing and its lid by means of wooden screws made of strong, dense material - a knot of cedar. The diameter of the screws is 2 mm.3When coating the product, a special varnishing technique is used, which preserves the color of the natural material unchanged and forms a common matte surface with fine impregnations of the lacquer luster.
