Thank heavens it rained last night.. loooove rain... moody weather.. regenerating the moisture after months of dryness too... BUT.. for picture taking.. you will receive also the mood from the skies and air.. AND this artist.. As I expressed-- different light.. different mood in artpiece.. Is pretty close in most hues. The softness with the bold hues is not as in original.. but , as I mentioned.. close as camera could get it........ I have a 'little surprise' for you to discover, as I did during working progress and then persued...... And it is the 'Mignon' coming through.. thanks for this creative extra that I am gifted with.. This is a beautiful seascape.. and sure is on the surface. NOW look at the rock formations . the images. AND!! Do you 'see' her... Rockformation is so large in left front.. my heart about stopped, when I noticed the head to right in water. It was just a hint.. I emphasized a little... once I 'found'.. the profile easy visible, now, that I guide... The 'shoulder ' -- ohh yesss... towards right front.. coming from back of 'neck'.. formation like a huge wing floating partly above.. mostly under water........ Magnificent !!! wait until I am done !! Just wait and 'see'... Hours of work today.. yesterday.. Hard to believe with a drawing .. more than 3 weeks.. That's typical me.. hours of layering.. Some 'fans' had a peak- were delighted and asked.. why did you paint it on paper??? .. when I told them, it is a drawing.. Sooo rich in hues.. and shapes.. images.. When I look at it some more.. seems like almost as if an approaching mighty winged being above the sea.. WOW... Grinn now.. If I continue to look more.. and I know, I will- this will not finish so soon.............
