.. started several years ago.. stayed a longer while with my ailing mother in memory in Germany. my brother had brought canvas boards and acrylic paints, brushes , so i would paint.. mother watched from the hospital bed in living room .. placed between corner of great sized windows.. in this painting i let the outside reflect through glass .. and the inside.. also the between .. the blue and red is colour of favorite cups .. we had a lot of herb teas... i layer transparent applied glazes in hues.. opaques too.. upload the beginning of painting which appears finished with progressive stages in thumb print.
