Artwork Description:   While driving through a wooded area my friend and I stopped to eat a picnic lunch. I walked a short distance into the woods. Lo and behold, this beautiful pool suddenly came into view I found this gem nestled between hills, just a short walk from the highway. This painting carries wonderful memories of a perfect day - lovely weather, good company and relaxed atmosphere. The day I completed this painting a neighbour stopped by and immediately wanted to buy it. It has a place of honour in my studio. Each time I look at it, it seems to smile back at me, murmuring “remember me That scene will be engraved in my memory for all time.
