This fantasy was based on my original drawings of a photo I took in Paris1987within The Louvre Museum. Media includes oil-base etching inkCharbonnel brand from Parison RivesBFK white paper. A mulberry bark paper from Thailandinfused with JAPANESE Kozo threads and hand-treated with methyl cellulosewas cut from a stencil and placed over with winged figure in my Chine colle process. Intaglio, aquatint, and drypoint were also other studio methods employed in the creation of this work. The etching was printed and published by the artist at The Center for Works on Paper in Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaAS PART OF THE OPEN STUDIO IN PRINTMAKING.
