Artwork Description:

Pioneer is a large stainless steel sculpture constructed from stainless steel with a red powder-coat finish. This 10 astronaut is mounted to a reservoir base which circulates water through his body to watering can, that waters a metal marijuana plant. The reservoir is covered with expanded metal and reflective copper fire glass. The piece was designed for Red Bud Roots Dispensary in Muskegon, Michigan.
