This sculpture was inspired by the olympic torch which is carried by so many different people, and passes through so many different countries. Most of the wood in this is called, parallel stranded laminate beam. Millions of small strands pressed parallel together into one form. All supporting one flame of time, one energy, one being. Maybe some day, we as human beings can see that we are all in this together and start helping one another more. See what flame burns in us.
