Artwork Description:

Watercolor over Charcoal on Arches 100 cotton rag paper. Feeling Blue is the painting I did for Houston area author, Jo Hoye for the cover of her new book Living the Blues. This was an honor Ive never had before and Im humbled to think that this painting might become known by a much broader audience than any of my others since it will be seen on the covers of both her hardbound and paperback book editions wherever the books are sold. I also recommend you read the book It is a great story about how anyone can do better for themselves rather than stay in the circumstances you were born into, that is, if you have the will and the courage to do so.
