Artwork Description:
What happens when close meets far
In this painting, I explore what happens when you mix different views on a painting. Creating the feeling of being right there, yet being far away simultaneously
My goal with this piece is:
For you the viewer , to be able to experience the two views one after another. Thereby enabling you to see both the glory of nature and its randomness simultaneously. Showing how everything in nature appears perfect, but when we look closely, nothing is ever the way it seems. There are vines creeping all over and plants growing from every nook and cranny. Everything grows everywhere
There is no order
Through seeing this painting, I hope you will be inspired to not seek perfection. Instead seek out ways to see the positive aspects of your own personal imperfections and embrace who you really are, with all your quirks and perks.
I think we learn this out extremely well from nature
Nature, like us isn t perfect. It s a wonderful mix of glory and randomness. Yet somehow this exact combination makes it perfect
Painting will arrive ready to hang.
I would recommend to place this painting in a room full of natural light. This will ensure that you are able to experience the ultimate richness of the colours in this painting.
