Once, on the Parisian Boulevard des Italiens existed the Imperial cinema, which belonged to the top movie houses of the French capital. This, and the large posters found anywhere on the large boulevards in Paris inspired me to make this mixed media work. I chose the late 1930 s as my example, with a young lady dressed according the latest fashion and admired by the male pedestrians. As media I used Fabriano 160 grams mixed media paper, watercolor paint and color pencils. On the reverse is my signature, title and date. The certificate of authenticity is issued with this work. It will be shipped in a hard plastic tube like container through DHL or FedExpress.
