Artwork Description:

Once the port of Rotterdam was one of the world largest ports with daily sailings of passenger liners to many parts of the world. This inspired me to make this painting about a mail ship of the Rotterdam Lloyd leaving for the Far East assisted by steam powered harbor tugs of P. Smit. I used acrilic paint on 300 grams board to depict the scene. This work is not framed and will be issued with a certificate of authenticity.
