February 10,2020- block out forms areas to free forms too, i first used eraser.. not satisfied with final ‘feel’ of blocking.. still ‘eye’ saw it.. minds eye.. is cool.. unless interferes with ‘continuance’.. so i reached for acrylic paint in titanium hues, mixed some myself to be close to original hued base.. still like the grey scale of graphite woodless pencil .. the saturated deep rich, that also offers good , often ‘spontaneous. work in various light and shadow values .. will see, if work leads to express emotion symbolic in colors towards later stages..
