Artwork Description:

The Aye Aye is a mammal, unusual primate... large eyes, big bat-like ears, long thin fingers and it's face is much lighter flesh tone. Their eyes are distinguishable being yellowish-orange in color. The 4 lb. adult prefers a habitat with forest mangroves and bamboo thickets. They are nocturnal. Deforestation due to commerce and agricultural pursuit in the Malagasy Republic (Madagascar) threatens their sustaining above extinction population. They are treated as pests, ~ persecuted for their bizarre appearance. The same has been said about me!
