Artwork Description:
This is a 40 inch square shawl, handwoven of cotton and assorted fibers, such as rayon, linen and synthetic blends. It is 90% cotton. This was woven on my loom as a 20 double weave (both layers woven at once, with a fold on one side)which when opened after being taken off the loom became a 40 inch square. It is very beautiful and comfortable to wear on chilly evenings.
