glass is fused on thin copper base.. after layering several applications of powdered colored or clear glass in design.. which is original.. not 'accident'.. or other copied.. these pieces get quite weighty.. back side is rich luster of orange ruby red and other light orange/red/whte colored glass.. and clear glass (flux). just beautiful in transparency, since all the glass I used,.. all layers.. are transparent colored glass and clear glass.. ON PURPOSE.. I left areas in design, where pure copper smiles through.. which I personally aim for, and love.. More description under choice of view I
