parallel to the preparation of the unfathomable noumenon exhibition several other paintings of an even more material and textured nature (some thought them to be ceramic tiles) were coming out at great speed. It was at this stage that i devised a methodology for working on as many as 50 paintings at one time. the speed of thought was such that my previous approach of painting at the most 3 to 5 pieces no longer allowed me to keep up with the produce of my mentation. notes and sketches further helped to capture minute details that would manifest themselves at awkward moments when painting them was an impossibility.
