Artwork Description:

Abstract collage on illustration board explores my interest in color and texture, and how they influence one another. Two fields of smokey red, ocher and orange are bisected by a diagonal stripe of red fading to black. Three smaller red to black shapes tie the two fields together and create a sense of suspension. Wood frame is finished in gold foil patina.
