Artwork Description:   I have always wanted to paint a ship on a sunset ocean. I love painting sunsets and ocean scenes. I was 21 years old before I set foot on a ferry and was terrified and excited, a similar feeling to when I painted this first seascape. The finished piece was close to what I had imagined and the sparkles on the water reflected what I remember from that time. I was fascinated and became interested in the Cutty Sark, a British clipper at theTall ships Riverfestin Dublin in the nineties, I have wanted to paint a ship on the ocean for quite sometime and hope to paint some more soon.
