FORMS WITH CANSON CARDBOARD
Papercraft with canson cardboard which was photographed and processed in the photoshop with no other change in the forms and was imprinted on a Kodak Endura piece of paper.
I then had to tackle the issue of framing and how I could create something special yet simple and practical. A solution was found by gluing the photograph on 8 mm(0,31 inches) mdf wood with a specially processed profile and the adhesion of black tape round the edges for an improved aesthetic result. This did away with the need for a separate frame, as the framed photo is ready to be mounted (you may of course use a frame should you wish). The print was plasticized using a matt film specially designed for protection from UV radiation and, most importantly, without light reflection. Finally, a special opening was made in the back, to avoid the use of hooks, so that the frame may adjoin the wall completely, for improved viewing.
