Artwork Description:   I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the saxophone and felt there was a real challenge in capturing a musician's hands playing one of these instruments. A friend of mines young son gave me this opportunity. This painting won the gold medal first prize in a competition to celebrate the founding of the Italian Republic.
