Artwork Description:

Painted in acrylic on birch wood panel. Objects trigger significant emotions or memories for each of us. I love exploring the inner significance of objects from one person to another. I am lured to objects that are nostalgic. Vintage items are one of my favorite subject matters to paint. For each person, vintage items stir up strong memories of the good old times when….. I also love including patterned backgrounds in my painting. I grow up in a home that had different wallpaper in every room. Therefore when I paint a vintage item, I must include the vintage wallpaper in the background.
