One in a series of abstracts on illustration board that explore my interest in how colors affect one another and the viewer. In this painting a gold band bisects a blue-black background. Three torn-paper collage layers in red, ocher and yellow add texture, color, interest and depth. Wood frame is finished in gold foil patina.
