Artwork Description:   This piece is meant to evoke the feeling of springtime, in both the colors and the patterns that emerge. After a very long Pennsylvania winter, I was ready to create a cheery, warm and hopeful piece of art to brighten my spirit. Look closely, and you can see the sun and it's rays, vines, flowers and sky. This piece is quite large, and took over a month to create. Each time you look at it, you'll see something different, find a different roll of paper you didn't notice before, a different pattern emerge. "Spring" is comprised of thousands of rolls of paper, all hand-painted, rolled and tied with pink metallic thread, and affixed to a gorgeous sheet of purple handmade paper. This piece will brighten any room in your home.
