Artwork Description:   This lovely print is taken from a painting of an old ruined fortress built by the O'Flaherty Clan in the early part of the last century. It stands on a tiny Island in Ballinahinch lake, on the west coast of Ireland. The O'flaherty's were a clan of great reknown and strength in the early part of the last century - one of their number even being married to the great Pirate Queen Grace O'Mally. It is printed on rough textured, acid free, 150lb watercolour grade paper, using the finest pigment inks.
