This one of a kind artwork is executed on authentic, natural Egyptian papyrus. It employs the printmaking genres of intaglio etching and monoprinting. Media includes gesso, water based woodblock inks, acrylic paints, and French oil based etching inks. The work was hand printed by the artist at The Center for Works on Paper, 705 Christian Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US, which is an integral part of The Fleisher Art School. This individual work is part of the artist’s VEIL OF VERONICA series. PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE A FRAME OR MAT. THE ORIGINAL PRINT IS MAILED BETWEEN ACID FREE GLASSINE AND ARCHIVAL BOARDS THAT ARE MAILED IN A CARDBOARD SHIPMENT BOX PACKED WITH BUBBLE WRAP. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPMENT COSTS. The outer size measures 17.5 inches high by 21.5 inches wide, or 44.45 cm by 54.61cm. Please note that papyrus is a natural product that requires archival mating and framing. This original print does NOT include a frame or mat, and it is shipped to the collector between two archival boards with acid free glassine. The artwork is next packed carefully with bubble wrap and shipped in a heavy cardboard box. All shipment costs are extra.
