Artwork Description:

This piece was made from a tree rescued from the woods. Carpenter Ants had hollowing out the core making a long vessel out of the trunk. I then carved a complete maze around its surface. There are dolls that hang from the mouth of the tree. These dolls, when there hands are clapped together, say particular things. (The sound comes from inside the tree) There are different proverbs, maxims, and gnomes that are used for solving indicision like Eeny Meeny Miny Mo..." "Good & Evil..." "pros & Cons"'Wandering..." There are twelve in all, each with there own rhyme, or method: indifference, spiritual, political, supernatural, cosmic, childish games,.... It is an interactive piece and stands taller then average human height.
