Austen Pinkerton - Austen Pinkerton If I turn my mind to it very quickly I can come up with several ideas for works aEUR|paintings, drawings, or sculptures. Sometimes ideas come to me when I least expect it, or when my mind is on other things. Ideas can be related to my current experiences, or to my feelings about things that are happening to me in my life at that particular time. Alternatively they can be related to a current interest, or something that occupies my attention at that moment, and my ideas and feelings about which Id like to share with others. A lot of my work is autobiographicalaEUR|either directly or indirectly, consciously or subconsciously. It is frequently very personal, and expresses events or circumstances or experiences in my life. I usually work in either Acrylic on Canvas, Crayon or Pastel, or both together, with Gouache, on card, Drawing in pencil, or Ink, or both, or with creating SculptureaEUR|for which I use fired artists clay. Sculpture follows a completely different set of rules and values from two-dimensional art, obviously, I think of it as Drawing in three dimensions and I take this into account when creating mine. Michael Garr - I have been drawing and painting since Junior High. I enjoy quick art, impressionistic yet realistic, and minimal. There are interesting subjects all around us. My inspirations are architecture, people, light and shadow, the sea and boats, imagination... and the old masters. Get out and enjoy your surroundings. All my works are available as signed and numbered prints. I also do commission works, some examples of which are in the portfolio. I donate all proceeds to charity, and have recently teamed with SAVE THE BAY, a local Rhode Island eco-advocate organization, which receives 30 PER CENT of my proceeds. My opportunities for artistic expression have included drawing on napkins during airplane rides and waiting during my sons music lessons. In 2012 I took up oil painting for the first time, and my mentor is Lorena Pugh of North Kingstown. Ive done both Plein air and studio work in her presence, and am benefitting from the association. We have an informal group who meet and paint in Lorenas studio on Monday nights throughout the indoor season. I will continue to pursue art on a daily basis, and post the finished works here and on facebook for any and all to ...
George Mulaudzi - In my art, I like to capture the beauty in mundane places objects, and faces. I use 1 medium though my paintings are versatile, beyond time and place allows me to express different ideas. Most of my paintings are from the imagination though motivated by things around me which I use art as a way to transform and elevate them, the simple yet sublime. I am in constant search of the best way to interpret the ideas that I have about myself and the world I live in. I do not limit myself to one concept or style, inspiration and ideas change. Each piece I create is a simultaneous extension from the past, where I come from, and what I have learned, as well as a preview of the future, where I am going....
Luana Stebule - My art specifically includes stages projects in Lithuanian theatres, mural paintings together with 22 solos and 37 shared exhibitions. The majority of my current artworks are traditional, oil on canvas. However, my favourite technique is collages, I use mirrors, wood, textile, sawdust, photos. Different texture and different levels of surface create another level of expression. The pictures physical body juxtapose and suffuse it veritably forming jazz of visual performance. In many aspects my style is conceptual, the idea behind the artworks is very important to me. Also, some of paintings have elements of surrealism and pointillism. Anyway my style is unique In order to achieve particular expression, last few years, I am simplifying forms and like sharp contrasts with too many nuances. Too many artist around me are painting abstractions, I got bored and start paint in this manner. From 2013 until 2017 I was only painting and not participating in any art exhibitions or projects. Only in October 2017 for the first time in the UK exhibited my artworks in Milton Keynes art week. Also, created my profile in Saatchi Art Gallery. ...
Hosein Ghazian - He is here as an artist and photographer that interested in abstract and social photography, his points of view on photography are totally Abstract, vague and full of pun points and ambiguity, unlike his clear and precise point of view in sociology subjects. Artem Ogurtsov - One of the main tasks for me is to familiarize the viewer with the self-sufficiency of the language of visual images embodied in my works. At the same time, variability, versatility, depth and understatement are an integral feature of this language. Unlike verbal-written communication, such a language does not impose a narrow view on the opponent, does not aim at certain conclusions. I, in a sense, provoke the viewer to joint work, the result of which will be his conclusions and impressions of the work. My fascination with pure geometric shapes can be partially explained by my past activities. For quite a long time I was engaged in design, which taught me to a certain order and strict organization of space. At a certain moment I began to notice that almost all my works are symmetrical. This happens subconsciously, already at the stage of the prime idea....
