Overall view of installation looking south of, ART GOLF: THE IMPOSSIBLE GAME TO PLAY opened at Nexus Foundation For Today's Art (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US) in 1986. This nine-hole miniature golf course, which was (like the art world) impossible to play, satarized various aspects of the Art World through such works as: THE CRITIC'S HOLE; THE NON-PROFIT DINER PARTY FUND RAISING HOLE; THE ART DEALER'S HOLE; THE MINAMILIST'S HOLE; THE ANDY WAR HOLE; AND, THE HOLY ART HOLE. Media included: Holography; Neon; Astroturf; Projected Light; Dried Fish; Wood; Plaster; Stained Glass; Acrylic on Canvas; Glitter; Plastic; Sand; Various Fibers; Evening Gowns Dipped in Lucite; Kitty Litter; and, Regergitated Tootsie Rolls.
