Artwork Description:

Abstract painting on illustration board explores my interest in color and texture, and how they influence one another. Diagonal strips of white illustration board pop out of a field of smokey reds and browns. Shadowing under white strips creates a three-dimensional effect. Wood frame is finished in gold foil patina.
