Lora Vannoord - I am a Florida Artist originally from a small town in Michigan. My works are original oil paintings inspired by Mother Nature. I want to communicate my love of nature to help others see and appreciate the natural environment around them. My goal is to give others a calming and imaginative experience in their homes when they contemplate my paintings. I enjoy the creative composing of my landscapes using my store of images and my imagination. I combine my sketchbook images and photos to form my imaginary landscape. I then feel excited and fulfilled when my work goes well. Even as a child my happiest times were when I was creating art or attending art activities and museums. I am a member of the Tarpon Springs Art Association, the Palm Harbor Art Club, the Creative Artists Guild, Artists of the Adirondacks, Strand Center for the Arts and the NOAPS. I have been chosen to show my original oil paintings in many of their juried exhibits. I have had four solo exhibits, two Grand Rapids, Michigan, one in Dunedin FL and one in Oldsmar FL. I have shown oil paintings in group exhibits in Clearwater FL, Crystal Beach FL, Tarpon Springs...

Iva Kalikow - My first love was interior design, which I studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. I went on to study drawing and color at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. There are many design elements that come into play when creating an interior environment. Glass and light are my tools for enhancing the beauty of a structure as well as the ambience of a room. I create one-of-a-kind custom designed leaded stained glass art panels that can be incorporated in interior structures such as doors, windows, room dividers, or displayed hanging as framed works of art. For my latest collection, Ive combined my love of color and glass with my appreciation of master artists and found inspiration from the master works of Picasso, Van Gogh, Modigliani, OKeeffe, Cezanne and Matisse. My glass art panels grace homes in New York City, Miami Beach, West Palm Beach, Los Angeles, Palm Springs and The Berkshires in Massachusetts. ...

Luise Andersen - Luise'Mignon' Andersen Luise'Mignon' Andersen has only recently begun to reveal her lifes work. Soon after her debut she exploded onto the mainstream art world. Her breathtaking pieces have captured international interest. The stories Luise'Mignon' is telling through her truly deep, layered works seem to decipher the past and foretell the future, perhaps sharing her window to other dimensions and a seventh sense. Her detailed acrylic'Mignon' series speaks to the beholder. They inspire raw emotion and ignite ones imagination. The indescribable nature of the "Duree De Ma Vie" in particular has a growing portion of the art community considering it the conception of an entirely new style. Then, in September Exhibition Libr'art in Libramont. In November, Galerie Impression in Dinant. What people like most in my paintings are the colours. My art doesn't speak to the intellect but to the soul and to the feelings. Talink the risk to seem old fashioned , I would say it is rather romantic. I wish you much pleasure looking at my paintings. Ruslan Khais - For the last four years the landscape has been predominant subject in my art. Shimmer of sun light, coming trough the leaves and its ever-changing reflections in the water become the subject of my paintings. I am searching for pastoral images that have some sort of resonance rather than meaning. My fascination with light has started as an attempt to rethink the legacy of Pointillism, which in our time of the digital media and pixilation, has found a new frame of reference. Emphasizing the well organized chaos of colorful dots, stripes, seemingly mechanical brush marks and alluding to some aspects of digital photography, is resulting the paintings with soft focus were the border between realistic image and abstraction are blurred. The way I wont the painting to come out is more the way of trying to depict an image what is not about reality, but one that is some how in between the actuality of a scene and something that is in your head ...
